To make these two shots I literally had 5 minutes and 10 minutes to scout the location and think. We were a team of 4 photographers and 4 models with different costume designs, each of us had to work with each model. It was the end of the day, we were tired and cold. It was getting dark and we were running out of time. Our manager Fabrice gave me a command "Ok everybody needs to shoot on this location, you have 5 minutes, go!" 😄 It was intense, but turned out great!

Eurotrip 2017. Part 1. Iceland

Last year in October I had small trip to Europe with photo projects and workshops. First stop - Iceland.

My dear beloved Iceland 🖤💙 The 3d time I was lucky enough to visit it. A magical country of elves, trolls and fairies. It gives me an ultimate feeling of happiness, pacification and tranquility. That feeling when you don't have to run or worry about anything. I'd come back here over and over again. I thought about moving, I actually did. But I don't want to ruin it to myself, because living and visiting is always different.

I would never trade snowy mountains, moss and knitted sweater for palms, sand and sunburns.

В октябре прошлого года у меня был небольшой тур по странам Европы с проектами и мастер-классами. Первая остановка - Исландия.

Моя дорогая, любимая Исландия 🖤💙 Уже в третий раз мне посчастливилось приехать туда. Страна эльфов, тролей и фей. Она дает мне предельное чувство счастья, спокойствия и умиротворения. То чувство, когда тебе не надо волноваться или бежать куда-то. Я бы приезжала сюда снова и снова. Я думала о переезде, правда. Но не хочу испортить ее для себя, т.к жить и приезжать разные вещи.

Низачто не променяю заснеженные горы, мох и вязаный свитер на пальмы, песок и солнечные ожоги

Christmas in Canada. 2017

Quebec city is the most magical place I've ever been to during Christmas holidays. This year we were lucky and got into a true winter wonderland. Old european style tiny streets, Christmas lights and trees, cute souvenir and coffee shops with reindeers and snowflakes, carol singing in 2 languages, french onion soup and mulled wine in pubs, snow slays and ice skating, and most important freezing temperatures and lots of snow. Christmas magic overload just in 3 days❄❄❄ And even though I froze off everything I could it was the happiest time in a while💙

Город Квебек, тот что в Канаде, самое сказочное место, в котором я была на новогодние праздники. В этом году нам вообще повезло и мы попали в самую настоящую зимнюю сказку. Тесные мощеные улочки в европейском стиле, огоньки и елки, милые сувенирные лавки и кофейни с оленями и снежинками, отовсюду играют рождественские песни и проф ансамбли поют колядки на 2х языках, в пабах наливают французский луковый суп и глинтвейн, санки и коньки, все очень теплое и ламповое, и самое главное это мороз и много снега! Передоз новогоднего волшебства за 3 дня❄❄❄ И хотя я отморозила себе все, что можно было, это были самые чудесные дни за последнее время💙

Some of the awards from the last year I wanted to share. I hope you'll forgive me a little bragging:) It was a pretty honorable year for sure. I finally got my printed magazines editions, certificates and even medals! That's the first time I've got a medal!😄

IPA award

Me and my work "Butterflies in my stomach" printed and showcased at IPA @iphotoawards Best of Show exhibition in October during Photo Plus. I'm honored to be a 3d prize winner of Professional People Self-portrait category this year and be selected for the exhibition!

I'm so happy that this photo got such a huge positive feedback but now I feel a little worried. I have this feeling that it's my best work so far and now I have to work really hard and be picky with my concepts to be able to do something at least this level. And I'm not sure that I'm going to succeed. I'm afraid that I'll look at my new work thinking it's not good enough. I guess being an artist is a never ending struggle with yourself.

Я и моя работа "Бабочки в животе", напечатанная и представленная на выставке лучших работ IPA @iphotoawards Best of Show exhibition в октябре. Было большой честью для меня занять 3 место в категории Люди - Автопортрет в этом году и быть частью этой выставки!

Я так счастлива, что мое фото произвело такую ответную реакцию и получило много положительных отзывов, но теперь я немного обеспокоена. Теперь у меня чувство, что это лучшая моя работа и мне надо сильно постараться и тщательно выбирать идеи, чтобы сделать что-то хотя бы такого же уровня. И я не уверена, что у меня это получится. Я боюсь, что я буду смотреть все на свои новые работы и думать, что они недостаточно хороши. Наверное, быть художником, это бесконечная борьба с самим собой.
